We currently ship within Australia and do not accept international orders. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We’ll contact you if there’s an unexpected delay.
Tracking details will be sent after dispatch.
Coins are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location, weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.
Incorrect or damaged orders:
Please contact us at coins.for.sale4u@gmail.com if your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong item. Include your order details and photos of the packaging and item so we can look into it.
Address accuracy:
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error; we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your numismatic purchase. Because we deal exclusively in collectible coins, we offer a clear inspection period of 7 days from delivery date so you can buy with confidence.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition as it was when received.

Except in cases of shop error, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Required Shipping Method: For your protection, returns must be shipped using a trackable service with signature confirmation. We cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Contact Us: Email us at coins.for.sale4u@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Pack Securely: Safely pack the coin in a padded bubble mailer or box. Never send coins in a standard paper envelope, as they will tear through the paper in postal sorting machines.

Ship: Send the package to the return address provided by our team.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the coin to verify it is the original item in its unaltered holder, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
